More storms rolled through the Metro this evening prompting some tornado warnings. Thankfully, there were only funnel clouds and some hail reported from these storms. Much quieter weather will be with us the rest of tonight and into tomorrow.
Tuesday is looking pretty quiet with just some clouds increasing in the afternoon, but most of the showers will develop in NW Iowa. We could have some of those showers (no storms) roll down here Wednesday, which will also be our coolest day this week with highs in the 60s.
Thursday is looking pretty nice with highs in the 70s and lots of sunshine. A chance for more storms will roll into western Iowa by Friday night and could mean a stormy Saturday for central Iowa.
Have a good night!
