After a blaze two years ago destroyed St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Martensdale the church this Christmas Eve was re-born into a new building.

With the flick of a switch, the 450 people of Martensdale added one more address this Christmas.

But this building is home to more than one family.

Dozens came through the doors to attend this Christmas celebration.

A service that praised more than their service to god, but their service to a new building, a new mission and the entire town of Martensdale.

"As Christians we believe that the love of God is going to get us through all the way to the ultimate resurrection, but a lot of resurrections along the way," says Ron Mohr, pastor of St. Paul's Lutherans.

A big stained glass window right in front of the church, that was actually donated.  Just another example of how the entire community came together to get this church back up and running.

One of the only remnants of their old building; the bell. It was able to be saved and is now back on top of the church.
