NEWTON, Ia. -- Brad Keselowski overcame a violation on pit road, an overheating engine and charged to the front Saturday night to win the U.S. Cellular 250 at Iowa Speedway.

The reigning Sprint Cup champion passed Brian Vickers with 34 laps remaining and cruised to victory lane, finishing ahead of Penske Racing teammate Sam Hornish Jr., Vickers, and Austin Dillon, who held a commanding lead throughout the middle of the race.

Keselowski, who won the first Nationwide Series race at Iowa in 2009, restarted 32nd after his No. 22 Ford had one tire outside the pit box during the first caution. He raced back into the top 10 and then dropped back to 15th after his team tended to the overheating issue.

Des Moines native Michael Annett finished 12th.
