After more than a seven hour standoff in Boone, one man is now in police custody.
At 8 p.m. Wednesday, Boone Police received a call about a domestic situation at 521 Main Street in Boone.
Thirty-three year old Joshua Daniels was in the residence at the time.
When police attempted to talk to Daniels, he barricaded himself inside the home.
After several attempts to lure him out, police entered the home at 3:30 a.m. Thursday and took Daniels into custody.
Daniels is currently being held in the Boone County Jail.
As of now, no charges have been announced.
Daniels was already wanted on two previous warrants.
