Multiple crews have been on the scene since early Thursday morning, fighting flames and a massive amount of smoke coming from a home in Woodward.
The fire started before 1:30 a.m. just off Highway 141 near 150th St. in Woodward.
The man who rents the home was unharmed. He says he was sleeping when he noticed flames in the laundry room area. He tried putting them out with a hose before calling authorities.
Firefighters from four departments have been putting out hot spots while trying to control the huge cloud of smoke.
Woodward Fire Chief Ken Cavanaugh says the fire reached the attic and caused the roof to dip.
Firefighters will be investigating the cause of the fire.
