LAS VEGAS, March 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Players Network (OTCBB: PNTV), a New Media and Entertainment Company, announced today that the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA) has approved Players Network's common stock for trading under the stock symbol "PNTV.BB" on the OTC Bulletin Board commencing today. PNTV will remain dually listed on the QB for an unknown period of time.

San Diego-based broker dealer World Trade Financial Corp who sponsored the company's move to the BB has been selected as the company's initial market maker for the trading of Players Network common stock.

Mark Bradley, PNTV CEO states, "This decision by FINRA to elevate the trading of our stock to a more recognized exchange among our investors and brokers is well timed as a part of our long term strategy as we prepare to launch our proprietary enterprise Broadband and social media platform."

Mr. Bradley added, "At a time when it has become more difficult to comply as a small cap public company, we are pleased that FINRA has approved Players Network to the Bulletin Board."
