"Grey's Anatomy" fans start your engines. Patrick Dempsey, better known as Dr. Derek Shepherd or McDreamy on ABC's hit drama, is in Iowa this weekend.

Dempsey, a driver for the Hyper Sport team, is with the crew at the Iowa Speedway in Newton for Saturday's Grand Am KONI Challenge. The team is getting ready to race in the GS Series race.
