Skull found at hospital site

GUTTENBERG, Iowa (AP) - Construction crews breaking ground for a new hospital in Guttenberg have made an unexpected discovery.
Police say the workers found a skull buried under the old hospital building.
At first police treated the area as a crime scene, but then it was determined the skull was very old.
The Iowa State Archaeologist's department is now investigating the find.
Hospital officials say they will continue to move forward with construction of the new $$12.3-million building.
