It looks like 60s in the forecast today, the first time since mid-November that we've seen temps like this!
We'll start off right around the average high this time of year which is 46. It will feel more like spring to start our day and we'll keep the melting going with highs into the mid 60s this afternoon. Light wind and sunshine will make it very enjoyable to be outside today.
Tonight we stay mild with lows in the low to mid 40s. Clouds will thicken as a western storm system approaches. This storm will bring rain and a wintry mix to the state heading into our Tuesday afternoon. Light accumulations are possible, and the best chances will be in northern Iowa Tuesday and northern Missouri on Wednesday.
Highs will fall off into the 40s on Tuesday and 30s on Wednesday, but we're back in the 50s on Thursday as mild air moves right back in.
Have a great day!
